Ok...if you are near St. Louis, MO this weekend and are looking for some fun...I'll be competing this weekend.

My 2nd Pro Strongman Show and one of the biggest and best in the country EVER!!! Fox will be there and it will be a "Fitness Extravaganza" full of bodybuilding, Martial Arts, Arm Wrestling, etc...

I compete both Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 AM and tickets are $10.

It will be a fun weekend not to miss, especially if you are going to be in the area!!!
