try eating 9k aday, that tough... ill share a few ways to get there easily...
if your bulking try this shake twice a day..
2 cup vanilla ice cream
6 tblspoons p nut butter
6 oreos
3 cups whole milk
4 whole raw eggs
thats alittle over 2500 cals and will fill up 3 20 oz cups.
the rest of your meals should have plenty of red meat,complex carbs and good fiber sources (leafy greens)
an easy way to get good carbs and fiber is in sweet potatos. Need alot of em? buy the big cans of bruces yams and put 2 cans in the blender with some whole milk. suck em down.
the trick is to take whole foods and make them easily consumeable so that you beat your brain the the "full feeling" by consuming massive cals in a short amount of time. It works.
your not brad pitt dont be afraid of alittle fat accumulation...you can do cardio AFTER you are friggin huge.
a good rule of thumb to gain is to eat 30 cals for every pound you weigh
if people that are close to you arent commenting on why you always seem to have food infront of you then you are NOT eating enough.. get a fork in your face. you can thank me later.
