Nauseous after workout

I work out all muscles very hard, but every time I work out legs, I get extremely nauseous afterwards. Just wondering what is the reason for this if anyone knows.......and of course if there is any way to help with this (besides not working out as hard).

Even crappy leg workouts make me feel that way, and I have still kept doing them for over ten years, you get used to it
 
Don't forget to breath

I always get nauseous after a killer leg workout, but it's allot better with good breathing. I take a few breaths at the top to keep the oxygen levels up. Seen all kinds of threads on this, some bro's puke and that's ok. Feel lucky.

Thanks for your comments guys. Yeah, atleast the nausea doesn't start until after the workout so it doesn't effect my intensity. I'll try better breathing next time around...thanks Spectre.

More than once (it even happened today) I have almost puked after doing a heavy set of squats...
