I either puke or feel like puking most of my legs workout, I mean a very accentuated feeling of puking or straight up just puke. It is really hard to run to the bathroom at the gym with your legs trembling and almost giving out on you, only other time is chest but that is not too often, Im saying, it happens bruh, I dont know the medical explanation to this, but adrenaline maybe when is coming down, cuz I always get it about 3-4 minutes after a really, really hard set..
