I just wanted to know if any of you guys ever get nausea during a heavy weight workout? I thought maybe it was a blood sugar issue but sometimes it happens even if I eat before the workout. If you need all my stats I will give them but I dont think its necessary here.

I super and triple set everything so the blood pumping to the muscles leaves less blood in your stomach to digest hence the nausea... i also take 3 scoops of NO EXPLODE so the caffiene has something to do with it forsure... either way i puke alomost every workout, if i dont i dont think i trained hard enough![]()

NO EXPLODE ,that shit makes me puke everytime i drink it..., and then i get the shits ! sometimes when i reach the toilet i dont know whether i wanna shit or puke first![]()
I've puked inbetween my lap while sitting on the toilet once it was a great ab workout![]()
