Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below hey, wasssup? well i just thought that i would tell yall this. i hvae a friend that is 16 years. he plays football with me. he is 6' 205 pounds of muscle. he just benched pressed 350 pounds without even bouncing it. i was totally amazed. thats alot of weight for a 16 year old. well i know that not much but i just thought i would tell yall that. peace
