natural size question

im 5'10 206 pounds (natural) i do jujitsu(cardio) 2x a week and lift 3x a week. can bench 325 pounds. what is best way to increase chest muscles and size. i only take whey protein and eat healthy. i am just stuck doing the same routine over and over and think i can get more size and gains with help in diet(easy protein meals) and workouts.

That's your problem right there. You got to switch up the routine every 2 or 3 months. You don't gain because tour body is accustomed to what you do.

change up the routine. Use machines instead of free weights or vice versa. do HEAVY deadlifts and HEAVY squats and leg presses. Deadlifts being number one. They should be heavy enough you can, at max do 6 before hitting failure. I do 5 sets of 6 reps and it absolutely drains my body of all energy to the point i feel like passing out. Then I take some waxy maize and bcaa's after the workout to replace my glycogen stores , and then following that with 40 grams of whey.

Also, I highly reccommend trying the lipostack ultra from agxsports. that shit is for real.
 
than you for the reply, im going to change up the workout and get lipostack for sure been hearing lot good things about that
 
started trying to eat more because want to gain little more weight. starting to eat 5 meals a day: tuna, peanut butter, chicken breasts, protein shakes 2xs a day, at least a gallon of water a day.

today so far i had
600am
protein shake
2 english muffins

900
half turkey sandwich on wheat

1030
half turkey sandwich on wheat

chicken burrito (just chicken and pico de gallo)

carrots
2 chicken breasts
salad
can of tuna

so far thats my intake, trying to cram more food into me..(damn its hard)

not sure if diet is perfect, but i do try eat healthy always. any recipes for quick, healthy meals or snacks?
