I'm not really all that familiar with ebola though I imagine there's lots of diarrhea and bloody vomit. Granted, I have nothing to base that on but nevertheless it sounds like a serious disease and those sure are serious symptoms if you ask me. On the other hand, we've got leprosy which sucks on all sorts of different levels. I think it's safe to say though that nothing would be more unpleasant than watching helplessly as pieces of your body fall off in large and undoubtedly unhealthy chunks. Leprosy it is.

Ebola is far, far worse. You start with flu-like symptoms....then start to bleed internally. You start coughinb up blood, you begin to bleed from your ass...and your eyes. Pretty soon, you start to seep blood out of your pores as your internal tissues basically 'liquefy' as the virus replicates within your cells until they burst. Read 'The Hot Zone' by Richard Preston if you want a peek into what a level 4 hot agent can do (Ebola, Marburg, ect.)
