Last week I placed an order and paid through bitcoin. The money was received however I did not receive any confirmation or order processing. Today, I tried logging into my account and it said that my email was not registered. Now I have no purchased or previous orders in my queue. Now I am receiving emails that the naps contact email address isn’t even active. I have placed many of orders in the past so this is a bit strange and starting to feel sketchy. Is there anyone with any kind of support or connection? Thanks team!
