Naps for me. I never found the russians as effective. They are still a good product though.

haven't traid naps, but with the pumps i get from using russians, i don't see why i even would want to try another brand =)

naps, i've had both and am using naps right now. size and strength have been excellent and with less water retention than i thought @ 50 mgs per day. eat lots of protein bro.
