SouthernLord, i just saw your other thread. lol, did you carb OVERload? yeah, replenishing your glycogen levels too fast would probably make you sleepy. interesting diet though...

why would you study for boards?


Southernlord, i'm thinking about going on a diet similar to yours. low carbs, high fat all week, and then carb reload on weekends. i imagine it might effect my energy levels thus my workouts. have you noticed any results. improved fat reduction, muscle gain?
