Well it comes out naturally. Yeah I'm the silent type unless I know people for some long... Which is awkward because I'm a bartender and as one I should be able to chit chat quite easily but I'm working on my "social skills"... LOL.

lol..thanks. i have a bit less fat now, but its still way higher than i'd like. i'm starting to see some defintion in my midsection( it seems the fat wants to come from around my waist first!). anyways, i think i spot a few ablets, so thats kinda exciting to see the results of my hardwork.
