Your link did not contain any indictments, or conspiracy charges. (If you are referring to Worldwide and Joe Gold, they were involved in setting up deals for an internet UGL). You were supposed to find an example of average Joe User, remember? Also, there is no reference to the cops being charged with conspiracy. It is not clear what their role was yet, since there are no details. There is a reference to charges for distribution. Again, not average Joe User.

Also, I never said it can't happen. I said it is about as likely to happen as pigs flying.

The police officers (for the lack of a better term) in New York aren't being charged with conspiracy to purchase but rather distribution. Im sure the DEA has been watching these 30 individuals for quite sometime and has more than email to make their case. Correct me if Im wrong but it appears there were 3 high profile athletes who were customers (end users) who at this time arent being charged at all.

Athletes on the user lists are not being charged at all, even though there is a digital/paper trail on the basis of which they could be charged for conspiracy according to the fear-mongers like muffinmaker. More evidence that conspiracy charges for Joe User aren't going to be pursued.

This isnt over by any means. I wouldnt be surprised to see charges filed at some point. If this hasnt taught each and every one of you a lesson than shame on you!

So you say that you just happened to find this board and you were shocked at the flagrant disregard for the law, and you have never done steroids, and you don't appear to be interested in any other aspects of body building. You only have 7 posts, all in this thread about the busts, and the legal aspects, and you say people should learn their lesson, and outline the steps about how LE might be contacting and interviewing people, etc. etc. Something fishy about you.

As far scaring people I dont need to do that, you have enough fear/guilt running through your system for this entire forum. Beings you like to follow my posts you'll see Im the one that pointed out that they've yet to charge the professional athletes of any crimes in the recent NY bust. So much for your fear theory.
