Name and address change?

In the past I have gotten a seizure letter in the mail, and was wondering on future orders: can you use the same name as long as the address is different? I have heard conflicting stories on numerous boards saying how you need to change both, that customs keeps a list of flagged names and addresses, etc.

Just wondering how everybody else does it?

I am proof that you do not need to change your addy. I had ordered multiple packages from diff companies, all about a week apart, the first I received a letter, thought I was fucked, but the other two made it through. That was over a year ago and I still use the same addy today and they still come through. HOWEVER, it would probably be smart to change the name and addy. This is just one example
