Hi, I'm Najona (pseudonym) and I'm a 5’6”, 30 year old female gym instructor and UPsteroid rep.

I would like to participate on this forum by first running a smith machine only full body workout log.

This 3-day per week workout will run for a duration of 8 weeks and the main goal would be to build muscle.

Hopefully, I'll go through my sessions with no major injuries, wish me luck!
