Nail down cortisol and blast GH & testosterone through the roof with EndoAmp Max

I just read an article that says cortisol is highest in the morning around 7am (assuming you are on a 'normal' schedule). I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but it seems that taking a cortisol blocker would be the most effective as soon as you wake up in the morning. Any thoughts on this?

It could be dosed in the morning to help lower cortisol. However, the main point is to reduce the spike in cortisol that occurs post workout. Which, to the best of my knowledge, is higher than in the AM. The Phosphatidylserine will store in the fatty tissue and be released as it is needed. In addition, to benefit from the growth hormone boosting effects it would be best to dose it about an hour pre workout.

So, because it will store in the system I would suggest taking it pre workout for the best of both worlds.

If you usually work out in the morning then you would probably notice an even greater effect from the EndoAmp or simply by supplementing PS. You would be taking advantage of the spike of natural testosterone in the morning and blocking the excess cortisol produced at this time. I think since I usually work out at night I will try to take some PS when I wake up and then drink some EndoAmp Max pre (evening) workout. Unless you think this is overkill?

I think dosing it twice a day might be a bit much. I would probably just take it pre workout in the evening, it will still be in your system in the morning.
