I agree with Matt, If I were president I'd put a platoon of marines in every bad innercity school in america. Than I'd tell them to beat the fucking shit out of every little two bit drug dealer within 5 miles of the school

Maybe it has to do with the complete lack of family structure. I can't remember the exact #, but I believe 70% of black children are born to unwed mothers.

I listened to an interview today with the Cardinals SS, forget his name, but it was not pronouncable. He could barely get two words out ege wise without screwing them up.
