N2guard and a multi v

yes bro, you should be taking both... n2guard is used as support for your liver, bp, cholesterol etc.. but it is not a multivitamin... you need both...

I don't take a multi when i use N2GUARD, that's got a good amount of vitamens in it and if you're eating clean you'll get the rest from your diet

N2GUARD is specifically for "protection: while on cycle but the vitamin/mineral content is as good as a lot of multi's that are sold solely as multi formulas.

If you want the best multi, get protein factory's DX7. (Orbit had it at the best price, but I don't think they have it in stock right now).

When on cycle, add N2GUARD and use a half dose of DX7. That'd be your best bet.
