N2BM 24/7 customer support is a joke....

u have any problems with ntbm muscle send me a pm and i will do my best to help get it taken care of.i am working for them now .please send me the pm

not sure what happened but we will get it fixed bro
 
So I sent mail to every address on N2BM Contact Us this Saturday. I also sent a PM to needto on his forum. I am fully aware that he himself have ALOT of shit going on but there is no excuse for his employees not to respond.

The mail is about a faulty credit card system and the fact that n2bm have charged me over 300$ for nothing at all. I dont get a response for 5 damn days, Im sorry but I actually need those money.

I live in Sweden so calling isnt really something I want to do unless I really have to.

Resent mails to needto and his support today, I dont want to be a bitch but i really need those damn money and I know it takes time just to refund them once they get to it...

keep in mind and im not trying to bash u either.. as we spoke by pms already

costumer service hotline is a MUCH better way to get fast answer with ordering problems then emails or pms ..especially with someone who is FLOODED with pms and emails all the time! .. if u had called the ntbm customer service phone number..u would have all your answers already..
i understand u want to aviod long distance changes but this is just reality

My good friend if you check your spam folders/junk folders you are going to find that my wife angel who handles the support emails for NTBM has answered every single email you have sent to us. You are just not getting them. If you would like I can post the screen shots of my [email protected] sent folder showing the 3 emails we have sent you back in reply to the emails we have sent you...

MY friend. Like it has been explained in the emails that we sent to you. My payment processing center did not take the money out of your account. You tried to get a order to go through a few times and the order did not go through! I can also post a screen shot of my NTBM store back office showing your name and address and all your info showing the orders that say " transaction failed " because did not go through. My payment processing center "declined your order!!!!" and then your tried again and it Declined your order again!!!!!!!

Like it has been explained to you in the emails you are publicly accusing me of not sending to you. Your orders were all declined. However your bank!!!!!!! not me but your bank has placed the money on hold. Because your bank seas a transaction for a set amount was started.. Regardless of if the order goes through or not "your bank" puts the money on hold for 2 to 3 business days...


My friend you have gone on My needtobuildmuscle.net forum and now have come to elitefitness.com and have tried to publicly smear me. you have a history of doing this too? You have been a long time customer and you have attacked me on more then one time ? You seem to take every opertunity you get to attack me? But you come back and order from me for a reason!!! Because you always get taken care of I am sure that is why you come back..

Why cant you give me just a little respect man? I take care of you man how come you cant return the favor?

I have always made sure you were taken care of. But every time you have even the slightest problems its " well lets take it to the board and attack the man..

And this time It is no one else fault but your own for not checking your spam folder/junk folder. The emails every single one of them have been replied to. I have not gotten to your pm because I have a bunch in front of it but I bet I would have gotten to it today..

No one has been ignoring you. We have replied to every single email you have sent to us. Your money will go back into your account in 3 "business days" So if you made these orders on Saturday the money will be back in your account some time tomorrow.

OK bro? So next time I am begging you to please please please!!!!!!! Calm down and check things first before you once again try and publicly put me on blast like you do every single time. I always take care of you and I always take care of everyone. This time all of your emails had been replied to within the hour you sent them. They are all sitting right there in your spam folder bro. And your money will all be back into your account tomorrow. My payment system declined your orders so therefor it is not my system that needs to refund you. it is your bank..

Let this thread also serve as a example to others that I don't delete complaints about NTBM. I address them. But at the same time don't be so quick to attack me publicly. You may find the mistake is on you and not me. Thanks guys

the emails that go to "[email protected]" are replied to on the hour every hour!!!! contacting us by the support emails is a great way to get help. UMMMM it just kind of helps if you check your spam/junk folder and check for the emails. :D:D:heart::heart:
Our customer service is not a joke lmao. It is, has been, and always will be the best in the industry. I cant help it if a email ends up in some ones spam folder and they dont get it because they never bothered to check.. THen comes to publicly attack me for there mistake lolol...

I can understand the mistake though and I am not mad about it. You made a mistake and then attacked me and its cool. Shit happens. :heart::heart::heart:

I take you on your word that your wife has sent them, so therefor I am very sorry for this post, but I promise You that I never got those mails, so you maybe can see why I became worried.

As you have seen in my past posts there has been some issues. I still have paid for a Forged joint repair that I never received and I dont hassle you about that, so the will to be nice is on both sides, not just you. I should add that you where also nice to refund me a seized order.
 
Its all on me... I have somehow managed to put you on the blocked list in my damn mail. Fuck I am so sorry. Tell your wife sorry from me.

Yes and if I some how forgot to refund or send the forged joint it was just a mistake but never a intentional my friend. If I owe youa forged joint repair then I want you to have what I owe you bro... You last order got seazed because of need2sleep which is a drug in your country ( kind of sucks) and so is my bridge too because of the pregnalone... Even though you should know your countries laws I took the hit and gave the refund. At the time I also gave like 100 other huge order refunds. I got screwed but I did not let a single person go without. I took the hit for everyone that month.

I still want you to have the liver support though so get with me in a pm and give me your address. I will send the forged joint repair. I am betting I did send it and that order also got snagged or lost. SO in my mind I thought I sent it..
