N.O. Timing my workout

I am inquiring about N.O products like NanoVapor, NOXplode, etc.
I work a physically demanding job where the end of my day is determined by whenever I get the job done. Sometimes I get home around 7 or 8 oclock at night. Sometimes 3 or 4 in the afternoon.
All of the NO products say to take on an empty stomach, but when I get off work, I need to eat something before I work out. It seems like a lost cause.
What could I do to incorporate NO supplements into my workout routing? Do I take before eating, then eat a light meal, workout, then eat a light meal again? (when I say light meal, I mean like half portioin of my normal portions)

Any suggestions?
 
why would you eat?? it takes 1.5 hours for the food to digest.. if you train with food in your stomach, you will not be able to force all the blood from your digestive track into your muscles thus you will not be getting stronger/larger..

I would not have eaten for 8hrs if I get home around 8pm. I would think that length of time would be a little much. What would you suggest I do?

i'd suggest getting a different job.. if you can't eat every 3-4 hours.. after that time the body's metabolism slows.. after 8 hours you are still slow, that's why we eat.. even something is better than nothing..

N.O. products are great and very effective.. but on an empty stomach is a must..

for you taking a protein shake mid day, or 2 hours before you work out would do.. or at the very least a green apple on the way to the gym.. either way you will not be at your peak..
 
A goof pump and blood volume product builds in your system and works better and better over time. I was talking with shannon today about this subject. The dosing and the way companies tell people to use products like this is all wrong. WRONG WRONG WRONG.... At least if you got a good product anyway. Take something like amp02 the bottle does say 8 caps 1 hour before work out. HMMMM No damn way!!! it takes much longer then this for the best effects. So with a product like amp02 I will take 4 caps in the morning long before a work out, then 4 more a hour before the work out. Trust me this is a way more effective way of dosing these kinds of products.
