I tried NO EXPLODE when if first came out...gave it real honest, and unbiased run...obviously hoping for the best. First of all, I found I DID get a LOT of energy for the workout...but it did fuck with my gut.... I found that backing off the recommended amount a bit helped...but not much.... I also found I CRASHED HARD after my workout...I did NOT like that. All and All, I thought it was OK...but not like Instone's INTENSITY...much better, much longer lasting... I have not tried AMP yet...but it's on order
