The real underdog

Buddy of mine did some time and he said the guards were bringing stuff in and injecting some of the guys who were lifters and betting on who would get the biggest. Thing is, my buddy said he only got two injections the whole time he was inside and he is huge. Any ideas on what it could be? Obviously something that works that good, well, I need to know. Anyone ever hear of anything working that well off two shots?
