I was reading through Poliquinn's site and saw an ad for a seminar on Myofacial Stretching. It basically said this type of stretching is extremely effective at reducing soreness, improving strength gains, etc. Well, I definately can't make it to CT for the seminar, but perhaps one of you guys could explain to me what this is all about, how to incorporate it into my training, etc...
Also, is this at all what DC does with the "Extreme stretching"?
