Ok... so you all know I moved out of my place in CA... well, yesterdsay, I moved into my place in Chicago... 
It's on the 4th floor, with a narrow winding stairway... LOL ... my legs were super pumped afterward, my back was tight, and my shoulders were sore from having to press stuff above my head and carry it up that way ....
I was planning on working out last night, but passed as I coudn't hardly walk after carrying up my shizznit...
Ok, real workout tonight... back and bis...
