My wife wants some advice.

Her stats: 5'7" , 154lbs , 26% .

She want to know what would be the best to use for her to get back to her pre-childbirth body, or as close as she can (we have 4 kids).

Anyway, she's thinking about it pretty seriously, and I told her she needed to check with you guys to see what you all thought. Thanks.

A good diet, a good gym program, maybe some cardio.

Do that for 6 months... she'll obviously need plenty of dedication and willpower.

She'll definitely see results... and after 6 months, assuming she's still going strong, she could try some clen and anavar.

Put her on a diet, cardio, training regiment - there is no need for any aids at this point.

Good diet and excercise is a no brainer. She has been at it off and on for about a year and a half. She has gotten really serious about it in the last 6-7 months. The last 20 -30 pounds are what seem to be giving her a problem, that's why she is looking for a little help. Thanks.

It's all in her diet bro. What's her diet like?

If you really want to put her on something, put here on a 2 week clen cycle (on)/2 week stimulant-X cycle (off), that should give her a little boost.

She needs to be consistent, not be "off and on". She should be able to kick those pounds easy enough if her diet and cardio were in check. Not getting enough sleep would seriously hinder her progress as well.

OK bro, I'm not trying to flame you, but 20-30 lbs is a lot of fat. That's not "the last little bit". That's 30 lbs fucking lbs. of fat. I think you need to look at her diet and check her thyroid. She may have a slow thyroid and may need meds.

cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach will do a hatchet job on body fat and to speed the process get some Thermorexin or stim X

Also after cardio the bodys demand for nutrients are high ,consume a Hi protein Shake ,Muscle Milk is an excellent choice.

the clen t3 diet, damn, a woman with some abs is hot. naw but clen i would say would prob bee a good choice, light clen, for an extended period of time, with nothing else. Shes a mother of 4 correct? i dont assume she needs to be contest fit within 2 months does she? take it lightly for 3months or longer, it will be less detrimental to her health, which should be a top priority if youve both already commited your lives together. Take the long but progressive road, it will give the opportunity help build healthy habbits/routines as well. enjoy your self's

I agree with this post.

I arrived to EF with bad stats - 5'2,149lbs and 34%BF. I followed a bodyweight x 10-12, ate clean, had a refeed once a week and did a 5x5 with minimal cardio (Just HIIT). I did it without "aids" I lost 20lbs & maintained it over a year and got the BF down to 20%. My goal for the Spring is to lose 10 more & finally get down to 17%.

I would just direct her to the AF Store. T-Rex, Glucorell, Sesapure and YES. Despite the high BF, YES did wonders on my lower body.

Get her to join and review the logs & receipes in the Women's Forum.

First of all get some birthcontrol then fuck like minx. On a more serious note, the best diet I've had, is to eat clean and eat till your no longer hungry. Which sometimes doesn't seem like much but you'll eat 6 or more times a day. Her body will handle the calorie intake much better at 500 calories 6 times a meal opposed to 1200 3 times a day. Works for me. G/L

Clean diet, good training and cardio first of all...then some clen maybe some light t-3...should be a good start for now..

good advice..

I got some kids myself. The biggest thing you can do to help your wife is take the kids to the park or where ever three or four times a week. This will free up her time. Take a lot of stress off of her and give her the space she needs to work on her body.

clenbuteral, and a lot od cardio... I dont know if u wanna put her on aas, I have trouble dealing with my women's hormones as it is...

i wouldnt encourage AAS bro, i really dont think its necessary. i think you need to tighter up the diet, and maybe try difference cardio approches.

if she is really serious -- tell her about the women's board and get her to post what all she is eating, portions, times, etc. Also include cardio information -- daily workouts, length of time, etc. There are plenty of women that will help and give encouragement.

DO NOT START SELF-MEDICATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DIET is 80% of all of it. I do 20-30 lb weight drops over 2-5 months depending on where I"m at for competition. I've done that w/ nothing more than whey protein, a good multi, a decent OTC thermo, a 100% tight diet that was optimized and reviewed every couple weeks and lifting and cardio. There is absolutely no reason to start trying to use drugs to get to where she wants to go. All of that stuff is just absolute shit if your diet & training aren't set up & productive already. PLEASE don't look to clen, t3, etc for her goals.

Have her jump on the Ladies Board & get going the right way. Lots of support, lots of answers to questions, lots of common sense & all sorts of motivation.

Best advice I can give. :)

THANK YOU!

I was just sitting here shaking my head at all the replies suggesting Clen & T3

She'll make great gains on the Sesapure, etc. I'd say she doesn't even need that, but spending the $$$ on it may offer some motivation for her to train harder. No need for clen and I'd be even more leary of T3. Roids are a total crapshoot for girls. I know 2 girls that took the same doseages of gear over similar periods of time. Their diets were similar as well. One of them got in excellent shape, with very few sides(oily skin, that's about it). The other got fat looking and horrible sides-facial hair, acne, and a rough voice.

I'll also note the 6 small servings thruout the day instead of 3 larger ones will keep her metabolism up, another plus in loosing fat!

"Abs"olutely! I do this for two months in the spring every year. . .works like a charm. Instead of doing my cardio before and after weights in the afternoon/evening, I do it first thing in the AM, four times per week. . .20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of abs, 20 minutes of cardio, then don't eat ANYTHING for one full hour. . .the fat just melts and I'm 41 yoa. :)
