yes, the I.U.D has a cord so that when it is time for removal they just pull on the string to remove it. Well the cord is made out of some thing as strong as fishing wire. some times the I.U.D shifts and the cor falls out from behind.All they need to do is go in and push the cord back again. It is a pain in the ass. Other than that i have had no problems with it

Well I have been having mine for 3 1/2 years now and it has made that time of the month horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thinking about having mine removed and getting back on the shots. No period! I can live with that!
