Training for 2 years, only last year with good nutrition and compound lifts.

20 years old now... Weight: 192... bodyfat about 12%???

Stats:
Flexed.... Unflexed

Arm: 13 inches.... 15 inches <--- lagging big time
Calf: 15 inches.... 15.25 inches
Waist: 34.5 inches
Shoulders: 47 inches.... 52 inches
Chest: 41 inches.... 45 inches
Thigh: 23 inches.... 23.5 inches
Forearm: 12 inches.... 12.5 inches
Wrist: 6.5 inches

I read a lot of training info before I started training. Like an idiot I started reading hardgainer articles with their fucked up theories that arms get enough stimulation from other exercises. So I did not train my arms for 1.5 years!!!!! Until I fucking finally woke up and realized that I was barely fitting into my cloth in chest but the sleeves were hanging as if I had toothpick arms. I started hitting triceps and biceps now.

My waist is very big, I have wide hips and love handles! that kills my symmetry. Also for some reason u cant see my traps from behind, but from side they are very thick. Can I isolate?

Nice improvements bro. Keep up the good work. You are probably more like 16% BF though, which is not bad. That is average.

Nice progress! Looks like your waist needs the most work like you said. But you have a good solid foundation, good work.

thanks for comments. But I dont think im so high bodyfat. I can see my abs if I pull the layer of stomach fat down.

good progress for 2 years of lifting...and your BF% is at about 15-17 % ..12% for most people will give you 2 rows of abs...10 and below for the six pac.

Great job. keep at it, and it won't be long and you will hardly recognize yourself from those pics.

Make sure and do plenty of heavy compound movements even if you are bodybuilding. Building a good core of strength is a good idea no matter what path you decide to take.

I wouldn't sweat the bodyfat too much. You need to get bigger. Worry about getting pretty after you have some mass.

B.

I dont believe that 10% and under you have a six pack unless I'm the one exception to the rule.

When i was 170BW@8%BF I could only see my top two abs and that was just in the morning. Granted i was alot leaner than now but i wasn't ripped.

either way good job bro it doesn't cost much if u go to a local gym sometime it's free to get a caliper tester test(SP??)

Um, then I doubt that you were really at 8%. Maybe it was measured wrong. But at 8%, you should have a six pac. If not, then at LEAST 4, but even that's stretching it.

I had it tested two ways well not two diff ways but with two diff people one was at a wellness center with their calliper tester and the other was at a golds gym. With 1996or97or98(not sure) Mr Florida I won't use his name on here in case if he doesn't like it but his initials are D.M.

looking good. great progress.

as for the 10%= six pack thing... i think that spretty accurate. I have around 10-12% and at most times, i can see my abs very well in a mirror.

thanks appreciate the comments. Yea I work deadlift squat and presses like crazy :) Thanks everyone for support, it means a lot given the incredible long time it takes to transform your body, and after all the pain and sweat
