My week of computer problems and big lifting PR's

So first off I'd like to apologize for not being around much the last week. My computer shit the bed on me and I haven't gotten it fixed/replaced yet. Should take care of it this weekend.

Lifting has gone great so far this week I've made some huge PR's.

Tues: High rack pulls (just above the knee)
675 x6 (previous x4 w/straps) done without straps
765 x3 (previous best was 705 x1) done without straps.

Wed:
Cheat curled 200 x2

Last thurs: Lateral shoulder raises
50 x6 (previos x4)

Not bad considering I tweaked my back last wednesday.

Pec is doing ok. Still tries to ball up on me while lifting but not as bad as it was.

awesome numbers big guy! :D

question: how useful is it to cheat curl that amount for low reps... isn't there a chance of injuring yourself just because these are curls?

Well there's always a risk of injury when you do any form of a cheat rep on any exercise. Also when I cheat curl it's not a big swing like most do, I curl it up as far as I can then dip my knees really quick to finish the motion.

Guardian- No, pec is actually doing pretty well, I did 225x6 last monday on bench and it felt fine. It's still a bit tight but gets a little better each week.
