I suggest bigger pictures, less items displayed per page and categories to narrow down the selection (mens clothing, womens, shoes etc.

There is nothing there that catches my eye or my interest. People don't want to wade through all that. You can buy clothes anywhere.

But if you have a big picture of something really nice, people might stop to look at it, and then start looking at other stuff.
