My upcoming wicked ass stack which starts tommorow!!

Yeah right.... Well I'm off now and this is what I will be doing while off before my next cycle which will start most likely next year around March.

weeks 1-2 clomid 100mg first week and 50mg next week

Femera at 2.5mg every third day for another 4-6 weeks

Cell Tech post workout only

Glutamine 20 grams ed

*Later add vitamin b-12 and carao - optional

Perfect RX protein shakes - Gotta order this week

Pre-workout thermogenic (most likely Bio-test md-6) - Gotta pick up this week as well

Usual vitamin and mineral supplements I always take

Green tea 1-2 times a day as well although I'm not sure if I should categorize that as a supplement.

Lucky me hope I maintain mostly everything. Feeling like I have already lost a little fullness although strength is still the same. Just not as much endurance during the workouts so I cut back on overall exercises and sets. Hopefully all these extra supplements will help make up for the anabolics. That and good eating and rest of course.

Good strategy son. Remember that since you are just coming off cycle and you say your bf is a bit high, you may lose a little bit of fullness and your shirts wont be as tight when you start trimming down, but dont let that de-motivate you. Good luck on your plan son.
 
Good plan. I'd hold off on cutting for at least 4-5 weeks though to be sure you have enough of your own test to cut without giving up all your muscle mass.
 
Oh yes definately bro if I was cutting I would wait til I recover. I'm not though Im just going to be eating better but still in mass building phase. Don't wanna let myself get too out of hand this winter though as I did last year. I went from 210 last summer to 244 by Spring. Yeah I was strong as fuck but also a bloated bulk boy. I plan on staying around my current weight right now which is 230.

Don't say such horrible things!!! :bawling: They will stay nice and tight. Might not look as good a quality though but I'm sure they will stay the same size.
 
I like your attention to supps and nutritional aspect of things, definitely the smart way to go if you dont mind me saying so. :)

Thx bro. I definately pay attention to things when I'm natural. Goes back to my roots. Trained 8 years before touching the sauce. :)

BTW - how many points did you get? ;) :p

Looks good Mike, good luck. Let me know if you need some help with human grade B-12. It works 100% better than the vet shit.
 
Thx bro's. Well just took 100mg of clomid for the day. Yes all in one dose. Half life is about 10 days anyway so it makes no difference to split it during the day. :)

Why do you want to retain water?

Perfect RX: Like all MRP's , overpriced. Make your own protein shakes.

MD6: Way overpriced and catabolic. Bad choice post cycle.

Green Tea: High in flouride which hinders thyroid function wich will lead to fat gain.

B12: You get more than you can possibly use in a daily vit/min pill.

But I'm sure it'll all work great -- if you want it to.

I know one thing, if you are using that liquid clomid taking 100mgs is a bitch. My tongue is still numb and that tastes stays in your mouth!!!!!

Anyway everything does look good. I'll be taking to much clomid to. LOL And I love my creatine, shit works good for me. Water weight here it comes, perfect after a tren cycle!

I'm also using maca and eca.

For B12 you get absolutely squat from a daily vitamin tablet. Oral B12 absorption has been shown to be nearly non existent. Green Tea leading to fat gain? Wow man, you have got to be kidding me.

I put mine in with a little can of Grapefruit juice first thing in the morning. It comepletely masks the nasty taste. Man, I only drank that shit straight ONCE! I thought I was going to die. :bawling: :goof: ::die: :mommakin:

Im going to be taking 1cc just once a week. About 1000mcg I'm pretty sure. First time running it so I'll let you know how that goes. Still didn't start it yet btw. Getting it soon.

Everybody that runs it this way 20,40,40,60,60,60-80,80, 80-100, 100.... loves it, people who start with 40-60 absolutely hate it.

Interesting thoughts on the green tea. Regardless I don't buy it. I used it during my cutting phase 2 times a day months ago and lost a good amount of weight. Of course I was dieting and taking other things as well but I don't feel it lessened my overall progress. Studies have actually shown for it to have good fat burning properties. Even Xenadrine has it in their proprietary blend.

As for my diet I will be eating in mass building mode. High protein, High carbs, and even a good amount of fat. I don't eat a shitload of meals a day though. Maybe 4 larger meals and that's it. Once my Perfect Rx comes in though that will increase to probably 2-3 shakes and 2-3 meals a day. Everyone is different. When I lean out I will eat smaller more frequent meals though of course. No empty calories whatsoever. That means no cookies, ice cream, or soda and shit like that. On the weekends though I will have my pizza but just not the dessert I usually have. My concern is to maintain as much size as possible. Eating this way will have the body in a more anabolic/anti-catabolic phase not only due to sufficient calories but because of higher natural testosterone and insulin levels as well from all the extra calories. I will worry about my condition later come next spring. I don't want to bloat up like a complete fat-ass though this winter which is why I'm sacraficing all the other goodies I usually eat on a daily basis when I'm not dieting.

Maybe I will try it again some other time. When I'm cutting perhaps. What would you suggest? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with that regimen listed above??

Yup, make sure you use taurine at 3-5grams daily. Clen depletes taurine stores in the liver and can slow down T4 conversion to T3 as well as causing nasty muscle cramps.

Where can I get taurine on it's own. I see alot of fat burners that have some but if I'm going to get it I just want to get the taurine on it's own without having to buy the whole thing.
