Weeks 1-15 Test E 250mg = 1cc / TrenE 200mg =1cc (mon & fri)
Weeks 1-5 T-Bol 30mg = 3 tabs daily /Test P 100mg = 1cc (mon, wed, fri)
Weeks 8-15 Winstrol 50mg = 5 tabs
Nolvadex to recover

2/7/10 -- ok to begin next cycle

let me know what ya think peoples and i know 15 weeks of tren can be hard but its so worth it tren the shittt

nolvadex is NOT enough for PCT.

you need clomid not nolva.

you are also lowering your test dosage after the first 5 wks. your dosage should stay the same.
 
then go with what traz said "hcg trs". nolva will not help you with the tren. if you didnt have tren in there nolva would be fine.
 
15 weeks on tren is like 3 times as long as the recomended dude, you seriously do need to get some hcg bro, your nuts will be like peas after tren,

Asking questions is how you learn, but your proposal of 15 weeks of tren and lack of a good PCT or even an idea of what to use during the cycle and after to prevent your balls from disappearing.

You need to learn more before you do this. For your own good really.

Also, at 6'1 and 200, there are plenty of natty gains to be made. If you can't gain more than this naturally, you need to make adjusments to your lifting routine and diet. 200 lbs on a 6'1 frame has plenty of room to grow.
