My Training Plan...

Well...I sat down today and fully typed out my training play to get me to October 4th.

My plan is to try and peak around mid/late October, re-condition/recoup in November, then use December and January to re-peak.

Of course...many things could go wrong between now and then... I am looking for a job (in another city), injuries, bills, time, etc... This is the plan though...and a fairly flexible one at that...

Thanks...I just hope that it helps me get my triceps, hams, glutes, and erectors back on track to squat 800 and pull 700 again...
