My trainer's whole body smells like ass, (not breath, not hemroids) I want to help the dude

Every time, 3 feet away, it knocks me back, and I am a slob.
He used to be pro, but is older now, still in great shapel, not huge.
There is NO way he is getting any hookups with that strong smell.
He is always on the kitty prowl at the gym.

Maybe he is "backed up", with too much protien, or suppliments that boost levels of...?

I was going to bring some mushroom herbs that empty the bowels.
I get the feeling he won't even take them.

I don't know, maybe it is genetic, like diveticuli or something.

Pretty sure he would be offended by a direct explanation.

it emanates from his whole body, not from any specific area.
He hygenie is good, he is primped and ready to roll, but man, it is a strong smell.
I have customers, that take heart medicines, or have ulcers etc, it is not like that.
