Ok... might not agree with it, but I tried some new things today.
Triceps
Decline Close-Grip Bench - Warmup Bar
135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x6
Straight bar French Press
95x10, 115x10, 135x6, 155x4
Rope Pulldowns
100 (on 150 stack)x10, 130x10, 150x7, 150+25lb plate x4
Overhead rope pulls
2 sets of 130 on stack
Over head dumbbell thingy for triceps
2 sets of 85,90 x 8

Standing Dumbbell Curls 25lb warmups
45x10, 50x8, 55x6
One-armed preacher
30x10, 40x8, 50x4
21's -- 90lbs -- 7/7/7 x 2 sets, 100lbs x1 set.
Reverse curls 100lbs x 10, 120x 8, 120x8
C-ditty -- it was a good decent arm workout today... I really felt like blasting them today.
