I took accutane and I still get some big ones on my back. I was on 80mg/day for 6 months.
Also, since my ex was a fanatic about creams/lotions/makeup etc I had these nice pads - one was glycolic acid, the other a base. Those fucken burned everything off. Pretty cool.

He uses purpose soap. No srubber - just water. If he needs to use sunscreen or lotion he has to be super careful and use the most hypoallergenic gentle stuff he can find.
