Yes 12-13% is low enough. I think the problem is for guys who have an extra 30 pounds and they want to lose it in 6 weeks without diet and cardio. At some point it just not going to happen and you need to realistic.

Ok, this is for all of you that use this stuff on your nips. Do you only rub it into your nips, or do you put it all over your chest? I use 1 pinch on the dropper per nip. Is that too much or what. It seems to cover my whole chest by the time I'm done. I haven't been using it too long so I can't tell ya any results, but I'd like a little feedback on how you guys have gotten good results. I like my chest size, just not the puffy nips. Although I'm sure some of my chest is fat too. So what do you do?
