My test and tren cycle log

Hi guys I am starting my cycle tomo
Always wanted to make a log of cycle. It's my 5th cycle second with tren.

Week 1 to 12
Test cyp 500mg
Week 1 to 8
Tri tren 450mg

Got hcg and clomids for pct.
Current stats
5:10,210lb,14.6%bf,22y

Done my fist pin today....test and tren
Right delt...all fine.
 
Keep us posted. Should see some good gains. I would have gotten my bodyfat a little lower, but it's not too late to throw in some t3 and eca stack. just my two cents.

Considering that I might use clen for the last 3 weeks just to strip that extra body fat. Haven got clen yet the source I get it off are out of stock.
 
I recomended t3 because my fatloss was phenomenol along with that which the highly androgenic trenbolone provided. Then the ECA stack helped me blast through my workouts.

Can't get my hands on t3 bro.clen is my only option.

Was first thinking of using winny but last time I did win I had mad joint pains especially my elbows. Bit scared on that part.
 
Update
Took my second shot today test and tren left delt....all fine.

Done shoulders and traps
Didn't see much diff in strength but I was sweating a bit.

Feel less tired and more energetic tho.

Next update Monday.

wk2-3: novla 20mg ed/100clomid ed

tell me what u think, any changes to be done let me know, i have been procastinating to start my cycle because of so many different opinions

I would stay away from nolvadex with then Tren they don't play well together.
 
It's my 5th cycle.
But second time using tren
first time I got good results totally transformed me.Loved it.

I think what columbo more so was saying is that you're only 22 and already on a 5th cycle (2 of which were tren... one of the strongest androgens out there)...

if you plan on having kids someday, I'd be really careful

I knw what you mean bro....I was only 19 when I took my first cycle I knw stupid me but had no information what so ever......didn't even now forums like this exist where ppl can actually help ya better then some dick heads at gym give ya wrong advice.

Bro I have used tren before at 50mg eod and kinda loved it....but for my current cycle I am using BD tri tren.
(ace,hydroc,enanthate) mixed......
I have never been shut down so bad in my last 4cycles. But since I started this cycle which was last week my balls shrunk to the max and can't fucking get it up....this is so embarrassing......

Any help would be appreciated

I am taking all in 1 shot
(200mg test and 150mg tern ) mon wed fri.

Hcgenerate is good to use during and after cycle
As tren shut ya down pretty bad it always good to have something to help normalize your HPTA.
I would use it during and after both.

Dnt use nova with tren...
Just do clomids and if you can get you hands on HCG injects.
Use hcg in last 2 weeks befor u start pct.

U will have better recovery...

Well, if you're totally shut down, that tells you for the next time you need to start HCG DURING your cycle, not after...typically 250iu, twice a week... then PCT would be your clomid (skip the nolva) plus something like HCGenerate

At this point, if you're completely shutdown and continue with your cycle, I'm not really sure if you can "start 'em up back up"... I've read where it was recommended to take HCG a couple of times at larger doses after shutdown, while on cycle, to jumpstart your system... you may want to try that now... throw in the HCGenerate as well... then after you're done with your cycle, PCT with clomid only and HCGenerate...

Kick starting with 1500iu on Monday
And 250iu every week after that till my pct.

Got clomids and hcgenerate for pct.

Finally... someone finally admitting that steroids does a lot for them!

most will admit that AAS "does alot for them"... but the SMART ones will tell you as well as that AAS won't do $hit for you if diet, training, and attention to the details are not all in place... look around the boards... a HUGE chunk of people, particularly the newbies, rarely have everything in check

But most people won't admit that steroids allow you to train harder. Also, most users won't admit that if you're 6'0" 200lbs and pretty strong while having a decent diet. Nothing changes but just adding steroids to your routine and possibly more calories since you'll be more hungry more often... that you won't see big changes in your body and strength.

To me, that is someone in denial.

Everyone who trains needs their workout, diet, and attention to detail in order to see nice gains. That is lifting 101.

AAS make me feel like superman....while in gym I am more aggressive I lift heavier I scream harder lol....it's the go for me.

True that no food no gain
I doesn't matter how much aas you pumping in your ass...
If you diet and goal not in check you won't see jack shitt.

Right now I am bulking up so my calories intake is between 3500 to 3700 on weekdays and around 2500 on weekends.
But clean bulk no junk no colas.

Took my test and tren third shot
Right quad all fine.

Feel like I am getting more in shape
Especially my shoulders and Lats looks slightly more defined.

Feel really lazy just waana sleep in all day...

Done my chest and tris today. Holy f
What a workout...one word insane.

My chest was so pumped it felt like my chest muscles going to tear apart.

Back and biceps tomo...
And then it's time to weight my self on wed...see if the scale goes up.

I can feel tern working strength going up

Weight went up 3 pounds

start taking HCG asap alsoTake a look at Dostinex it might help you with the cant get it up part .. I will add Unleashed/post cycle to ur pct , clomid 25mg a day.. inmo..Good luck..

What is dostinex?
Started hcg last week at 250iu per week.
Got clomid and hcgenerat for the pct

I'm curious of the make-up of your Tri Tren....how much of each ester being you say it 450mg per mL? Just curious cuz my Tri Tren from GA is only 200mg per mL @ 50mg Ace, 100mg Enth and 50mg Hex.

Never hurt, did my 1 shot per week of the 200 tri n no cough, pain or accidental vein injections, rotated from quads to glutes every week as well, great gains, typical very drenching night sweats n slight anxiety but nothing I couldn't handle......gonna start up another test n tri tren cycle next week, this time with more test e......

i have just switched from tren e to tritren myself 150/ml i am into my 4th shot , eod injections :supercoolmy left delt takes the worst hit with regards lumps etc goodluck

450mg per week in enough for me right now.... I am getting good gains and strength gains.

Update changing my work out plan.
I was working out 4 days per week.
And was doing less reps, heavy weights.

Current work out plan ( hypertrophy)
Reps range 10 10 8 6 10
Weights heavy to moderate.

Monday
legs
Squats, hack squats,lunges,dead lifts.

Tuesday
Chest and tris

Bench press,incline db,incline flyes,flat flyes.

Bar dips with weights, skull crusher,trip pulley superset with mule kicks.

Wednesday off

Thursday back and biceps

Chin ups,close grip bent over rows, t bar rows, one arm db rows, pulley.

Vince gordon drag curls,barbell curls,hammer curls, peacher curls.

Friday

Delts and traps with abs
Military press, side db raise, front raise, rear delt raise.
High pulls and shruges.

Sit-ups, ball core work, leg raise.
 
Done legs today

My weakest part getting stronger.
Getting good pumps in my legs. Legs getting more thicker and in more shape.

Diet plan

Break fast 9:00am
10 boiled eggs
500ml low fat milk
1 apple.

Gym 11:00am to12:00
Post work out
100 grams dextrose,5 grams creatine,20 grams amino acids,20 grams glutamine.

12:20 protein shake 40 grams of whey.

2:00 lunch
200grams of chicken breast with rice
Green salad.

4:00mid day snack
500ml low fat milk,20 amonds,
1 tin tuna

6:00evening meal
200 grams of beef pasta with Spinach sauce and bacon.

8:00dinner
140grams of chicken breast and rice.

10:00 500ml milk with 40grams of protein.
 
Id wake up about 6-7 and drink a protein shake, even if you go back to sleep, its minimial carbs and looks like your trying to bulk a little. It would just help start your body earlier and you would be even hungrier throughout the day. Looks good though. Solid diet plan, Are you eating 10 whole eggs in the morning tho? Or just the whites with like 2-3 yolks? Thats alot of cholesterol my man if your eating 10 whole eggs in the am.

yup if your staying up all night thats the good ole tren. i would wake up and my pillow and sheets were soaked i had to take a shower before and after bed. but i love the tren and goin to be starting in a week myself

It does the same thing to me, however it's an amazing compound!

I am still trying to bulk up but with quality muscles so I am trying my best to eat home made and clean food.
Yea I was thinking of having a shake around 7 in the morning.
I will consider doing that.
 
It does the same thing to me, however it's an amazing compound!

So far the best I have used.
Insane strength in the gym.

I am getting more of strength gain then size ATM but no complaints tho.

I started to get bit of acnes on my shoulders and back doesn't worry me at all.
It could be cause of night sweat.
 
2 weeks finished
6th shot left quad. Heat it up in warm water. Straight in all fine.

Done chest and tris

Again good chest work out,got some good pumps.
But was not happy with my triceps
My elbows started to playing up on me...so couldn't do tri dips and skull crusher.
I think going too heavy on chest seems to hurt my elbows and then I can't train my triceps well enough.

Could you write a little bit about your past cycles? Gains, improvements, and what you took? How was your diet in past cycles compared to this one. Your eating habbits look pretty sick!

My diet always remain same cycle or off cycle. No compromise with food.

I haven't touched machines in almost 2 years only free weights.

I do make a year around training plan for myself and no matter what always follows it

I do periodization so diff phases 1 hypertrophy2 strength 3power 4 endurance back to 1 again that's my year plan. Always get good gains from this.

I have done couple of cycles but really really low dosage if I tell you won't believe me.

Current stats 218lb ,5:10, 13%bf
 
good cycle op. im into week 3 of 400mg test and 300mg tritren pw cycle. im getting ok strength gains, but i havent felt the tren at all really, no sweats or insomnia. when do you notice the tren on tri tren? first time with tren

No sweats no insomnia that's good
Every one is different with sides.
I would say around end of week 3 you will see more of muscle mass.

What's your stats ?
 
good stuff, glad its going well for you , i like your cruise blast plan, i do similar except blast for 14-16 weeks then 8-12 weeks cruise .

I would do the same if would stay on gear for at least 9months.

But I am only doing 24 weeks so
Yeah 8 weeks blast 4 weeks cruise And then
Repeat again .
