Just completed a comparison of these two products.I started with 4 weeks of a T-Rex and Liporexin combo.Took the next week off of supps, then switched to an ECA for 3 weeks.Diet, cardio and weight training remained the exact same throughout the 8 week period. The only thing that changed were my supplements.
I am a 5' 8.5" female in my thirties. Here are my beginning stats:
Began T-Rex/L-Rex combo,7 days a week:
Week one,day one=154.2 pounds;19.2% BF.
Week two average=153.80 lbs;18.40% BF
Week three average=153.60 lbs;18.20% BF
Week four average=154.37 lbs;18.47% BF
One week break off of supps:
Week five(week off)average=153.3 lbs;19.06% BF
Began ECA stack, using Monday to Friday only:
Week six average=153.9 lbs;18.04% BF
Week seven average=151.02 lbs;18.37% BF
Week eight average=149.6 lbs;17.30% BF
Down a total of about 5 pounds scale weight and a loss of 2% body fat.
Some comments that come to mind:
I had appetite suppression from T-Rex for the first week, but after that period, really noticed very little. My appetite remained pretty close to normal after that.Noticed some focus gains in the weight room, but pretty much "felt" very little from T-Rex.None of the excess sweating etc. that other users have written about. That said, some fat loss was experienced.
The past three weeks on an ECA stack have provided me with total control over appetite. This has made it very easy for me to stick to my nutrition plan.I also have way more energy in the weight room and my workouts have been awesome.
Overall,I would have to say I prefer the ECA stack for fat loss, but the T-Rex is also a good product and this is not meant to knock it.It has it's place in my program and I plan to continue to cycle it in till my fat loss goals are met.I think I will stick with 4 weeks on T-Rex,4 weeks on ECA till I get there.
