Tyrosine is a non essential amino acid. It is in other words synthesized by the body. Does not have to be gotten from outside sources. Its claim to fame, and thoroughly without merit is it is a precursor of epiniphren and norepinephrine. Waste of money in my opinion.
Alcar on the other hand is an excellent choice. It is a much more bioavailable form of carnitine. It can help immensely in many areas, but in your area of question(bodybuilding I assume) it is a good combat of cortisol, and can really shine when dieting(much stress on the body). Stacked with ALA it is a good addition.
Caffine, it can be a great stimulant for some. For me, I have an affinity towards it, and it really bothers me. Makes me more nervous, etc. One big problem with caffine is with continued use, if you ever cut it out totally, you will have extremely bad headaches for one. This choice to use is strictly yours.
Citruline malate...there is a study done by Bendahan I believe with others that show it to promote aerobic energy in human muscle when exercising. I will say I use a BCAA product alot that has CM in it, and I liked it alot.
di-arginine malate...personally not very impressed with it. Much better results with AAKG(L-Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate), but you might as well use it since you have it.
CEE....good stuff if you got it from a reputable source. Don't need to add much here, surely you know what it is.
