Winny 50mgs ed august 15th to sept 30th
Deca 400 mgs per week august 1st to sept 30th
Nolvadex 10mg ed september 1st to november 30th
clomid 200mg ed november 1st to december 1st
I wanna enter a 3 contests in september so can anyone here help me with
what kinda diueretics to use and how much I need to use?

I was weighing 195-200 @ 12%bf back in febuary,I'm now weighing 212-214
@ 7% bf as of now im 5'7 iv been training around 5 years.I am on my 2nd cycle
wich within 2 weeks.Im jumping into another cycle in july to the end of september.
Im gonna stay clean from nov to the end of january
