First Off I'm 40 yo, 5' 11.5" and weigh 200lbs currently at 20%BF. Was pretty outa shape till last year when I got off my ass and started lifting for the first time in many years. Been lifting weights for about 6 months straight natural now along with cardio so I'm feeling pretty good and looking a lot better then I was at 235 and fat.

I'm looking at using primo which I can get, primarily to get ripped. This will be my first time using roids. I also have available to me test enathate from a friend that gets it prescribed to him so I know 100% that its real. Apparantly I can also get HGH from a source.

As I stated above my primary goal is to get ripped and maybe add 5-10 lbs or so of solid muscle. I'd like to end up near 190lbs and 10%-12% BF, so my goals aren't too lofty.

What do you guys think? should I just stick to 500-600mg of primo a week or should I stack in a small amount of the test? What about adding a few iu of HGH a day?

Also how long should my cycle be and if I do stack in the test should I do it from the start to end or stop a few weeks before finishing up the primo?

hello my friend, first of all alot of being ripped is diet and cardio and proper weight training, no gear will get u ripped, before u think of using gear u have to get the other three factors right, once you got them sorted u can build a solid base natty with an average to low BF , from there onwards then choose to cycle to enhance ur body

and you've only been training 6 months?

C'mon dude.....

You're not even in the cycle area code yet
 
Correction don't use gear until making progress naturally becomes almost impossible, like 2-3 years from now.You can hit 190 with 12-15% naturally probably.
 
At almost 6' and 200lbs I think your BF is possibly lower than you have noted. It might be at 20% too but how did you have it checked? At 40 your certainly in a psoition to make up your own mind about doing a cycle or not but keep in mind the lwoer you can get your bodyfat before commencing a cycle the easier generally it is on estrogen sides.

Anyways if your going to run a cycle then I would definately stack the primo with some test. Also drop the primo to 300mgs/week and add in test at 4-500mgs/week. The HGH won't hurt either for what your looking to achieve. So run both for 10 weeks as above then wait two wekks and commence PCT with Nolva at 20mgs/day for 3-4 weeks. You should also probably look at the Sustain PCT cycle stack as well for PCT.
 
The lower you can get your bodyfat the better. You can expect to gain 6 to 10lbs of water from a cycle at your wieght.. it really interferes with the vasuclarity effect. I get lost with the wieght myself sometimes, remember leaner is better. On a happy note i know when i go from 220 to 212 there is a great difference in how I look (vasuclarity). Im goin for 207 this time before cycle.
 
I also don't agree with anyone using AAS until they have been training naturally for at least 3 years. This is for two reasons: 1) If you don't know what works for you naturally, ie diet and routine, then you're wasting time by using AAS. And 2) your tendons and ligaments need time to be able to handle the increased workload that you'll be doing when on AAS.
