Though I have used a leg press far more than the squat for my legs (I thought it would preserve my lower back) there is a huge difference between what I can lift on those 2 exercices
Leg press : more than 300% of my body weight (that is 3 times my weight)
squat : hardly more than my body weight
What's wrong ?
