my next spring/summer cycles:

Also t3 pyramid, clen 2 week on 2 week off and eca between clen includes to this cutting cycle.


Current stats are 6'0 210 15-18% bf, 16,5 arms ;) Goal is to be 220-230 with 10%bf and 17,5-18 arms after these cycles. And bench press 330 :D

What u think bro's? It think i'm gonna achieve my goal :D

I will eat about 4000 calories on that mass cycle and after that. On cutting cycle i guess i take 2000-2500 calories. Most of my protein comes from supplements, but offcourse i will eat real foods too. I use proscar, nizoral and maybe spirolactone on first cycle, and spirolactone flutamide and nizoral on the other cycle to avoid possible hairloss problems. On cutting cycle i will do cardio 3-4 times week.

Looks like a solid plan bud...If you are using the Ox for a bridge into the second half of the cycle then I would drop it down to 20mg/Day taken all in the morn and take at least 20-30g's of Creatine through out your Ox use. With a good diet you should be able to reach your goals. Keep us posted!

Thanks for the replies bro's :) i will train 4 times week very hard and eat clean foods.

Oh i forgot to tell that i use t3 25mcg through out the mass cycle, to avoid fat and increase protien synthesis.
