Chasing clean untill I hit a platuea... I might be able to make it natural but those poundages are getting real scary :)

right now I weigh about 189-192 at 5'7-8" roughly 10-14 % bodyfat

Damn dude. You got some hard work ahead for you. But seeing your accomplishments thus far, I think you can pull it off. Stay strong and work hard, and it'll be in arms' reach!

And "broly" is just like "bro" or "dude." Broly.

They aren't... those are all attainable numbers. Strength is an 'exponential' thing. The stronger you get the heavier weights you lift. The heavier weights you lift the stronger you get.

It is much easier to move from 315lbs to 405 lbs on bench than it is to move from 135 lbs to 225 lbs.

But I'm sure your brain is thanking you!

That's a solid routine. Are you going to be sprinting too? Because if you're not, some extra hamstring work might be worth a look...

We're totally ruining Suston's thread ...

Broly. n. pronounced bro-lee.

Sorry Suston :)

Anyway, good luck on your goals. 5x5 with 315 on the bench.. wow. That would be awesome! I think you're using the right approach by starting with a weight you can handle easily and bumping it up a little every week. I'll be tuning in to watch your progress.
