What’s up guys! I am new here on the forum, decided to join up after reading it for a couple of weeks. So I was basically hoping to get a little advice. I am pretty sure I know what I am doing, but just wanted to get a gut check since it’s been a while. I’m 31, 6 1, 275. I don’t know my bf but if I had to guess I’d say 18%. I’m not skinny but not fat either. I have been training my whole life, but fell off the last couple of years. I have been back in destruction mode the last 3 months, eating clean and training hard, so I picked up some gear to help me boost my strength and composition back to somewhere near where it used to be.
So in the past I have done about 4 cycles, all while in my mid 20’s. I never stacked, always did straight test or deca or winny. I am now ready to start my first stack. So I grabbed enough test e for 10 weeks of 500mgs week and also enough d-bol for the first 5 weeks @50mgs a day. That is that and I am fine with it.
Here are my two problems. While cleaning up the other day I found 80 10mg tabs of winny from the past. I wanted to incorporate this winny with my above cycle. I know not to stack two 17aa but can I take them back to back? Like can I start the oral winny the day after I run out of dbol? Or do I have to wait longer? Can the winny run past the 10th week of test? If so when to start my PCT (another problem below) or should I just forget about the winny altogether for now?
My other problem is that my guy doesn’t really carry PCT stuff. In the past I have just risked it but I’m 31 now and starting to get worried. I don’t want to start until I figure this part out. Should I keep digging for another source that carries PCT? (BTW, I am by no means asking for a source or referrals) Or is there anything over the counter that is semi-comparable to a PCT that I would need? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!!!!
PS: six months ago I got my blood checked and everything came back great. I am a very healthy adult that carries some extra weight from not training or eating correctly the past 2 years (dumb move on my part)
 
orals are orals IMO your taxing your liver no matter if its dbol or winny. as for extending past week 10, with the winny, thats perfectly fine, and iv talked to a few people that like running winny as the test clears.

hopefully more people will chime in to help you out

And can I say it's so refreshing to see someone that's been patient and done a little homework before coming here. Gets old seeing "Hey, I'm 30lbs overweight, just spent my life savings on deca from a guy I met in an alley..what now?" :P

Week 1 - 10 500mg test
Week 1 - 4 (or 5) Dbol 50mg/day


Now this is where it gets tricky... what ester of test are you running?

Sustanon:

Week 8 - 13 Winny 50mg/day (that way you're done when the test clears)
PCT


Enanthate/Cypionate:

Week 7 - 12 Winny 50mg/day (that way you're done when the test clears)
PCT


Prop:

Week 7 - 10 Winny 50mg/day (that way you're done when the test clears)
PCT


Now that IS a lot of orals.. and I would extend the cycle to 12 weeks... if you wanna finish off with Winny... to give your liver more of a break in the middle...
 
Thanks guys….yea I would like to think I kindda know what I’m doing. I was really big into fitness my whole life, but for some reason found myself on the couch for 2 years and now I’m ready to get back in full swing. I am so pumped. Not just because of the aas but because I just feel better. The last couple of months I have set myself up with a diet and been training really hard in preparation for aas and everything else that comes with fitness in general. I just feel back on top of the world and I haven’t even started anything besides tons of protein. I only have about 4 cycles under my belt so I am still new with that, so please try and bear with me here lol

I myself do read a lot of forums and find the same things a lot of times. “hey man just scored dbol from a friend. He says I can gain 50 pounds in the first week and should be lifting cars by week 3. Problem is my 16th birthday is coming up and I don’t want anyone to notice my big buff self” lol bit dramatic but you get the point.

So yea I didn’t realize you could purchase clomid for research purposes. I will definitely have to look into this. Would I have to turn the liquid into powder? IDK, I will figure that out, just figured maybe someone with that particular experience would chime in.

Yea I guess my real question was should I space out the time in between the dbol and the winny. Looks like no, so below is my TENTITIVE plan….

Weeks 1-10 test e 500mg week
Weeks 1-5 dbol 50mg every day
Weeks 6-10 winny 20mg a day
Weeks 12-16 clomid

Keeping in mind this is just my tentative plan, anybody see anything wrong with this? I plan to give myself another month before I start because I want to take off some more fat in order to hopefully make better gains. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
 
They are both 17aa... so yes.. you should... as I outlined up there... IMO anyway... :)
 
Hey Won, just seen your reply. I am running (or going to run) test e

I only have 80 10mg winny so I could not run 3 weeks of 50mgs (well, I could get more but wasn’t planning on it) with that in mind what do you think? It looks like you are a fan of spacing them out, which I am fine with. Should I take a high strength for short duration and when? Or take for longer duration and lower strength? Thanks a ton!
 
Personally I would run it 14 days past your last test shot... (So they clear together.

So:

Weeks 1-10 test e 500mg week
Weeks 1-5 dbol 50mg every day
Weeks 8-12 winny 20mg a day
Weeks 12-16 Clomid

That way you'll give your liver a 3 week rest...
 
250iu of hcg twice a week throughout your entire cycle would help a lot with recovery time as well. Something else to consider.
