My results from Test and Tren

Time on=Time off for cycles. I would personally extend that period myself though...I find the longer I'm off cycle, the better I seem to react to the gear, just my opinion. I think your gains were good for the cycle you were running, your gains are typical from what I've gotten from Tren, really lean gains and you don't blow up like a balloon. If you do tren in your next cycle....try eating alot more of everything, keep it clean, but make sure you get your protein in and watch what happens...I know for myself I've bulked with tren and eaten complete JUNK....burgers, pizza and tons of steak. My body fat actually went down. Lots of people I know cannot out eat that effect. Personally though...I would lay off the tren for your next cycle. Again, from personal experience, I find if I switch compounds a little from cycle to cycle, I get very good results. Try Test and winny for your next one. Example

Test @ 300-400mg EW I like prop but any test is fine
Winny 50-75mg EOD If you haven't done winny before you can do half the normal dose, which is 50mg ED, and you'll still see good results.
 
good work bro--what kinda weights are u using??? id hit some dips for chest development, as well as heavy inclines
 
I usually work out with dumbells, my chest has always lagged behind and Ive tried almost everything. I stopped benching cuz I hurt my shoulder in september and it just never feels right. I do alot of cable stuff now, as well as incline and decline dumbells, sometimes flat flies and sometimes pushups. Since I stopped benching I seem to be SLOWLY getting a better chest but its definitely my worst body part. I'll try adding dips. thanks for the reassurance guys, I Actually weighed my self again today and Im back up to 200lbs. Daily fluctuations I guess. The blue shorts pics were taken yesterday.
 
great gains... I like seeing people opt for very LM gains over bloated weight like they get off dbol.

I did an almost identical cycle a little longer. Started about 205 and dropped to 200 but was hard an lean. I want to know what to add to push up the body weight. I was hoping to come out a good 10 pounds heavier. But Nooooooo.

I am not unhappy. I got much leaner. I just could not eat enough. Actually I am still in it and have added some regular old wiegt gainer for calories in addtion to protien I am going to try and bump up the test to about 700mg a week and see if that helps. The tren seems to keep me just getting leaner for somreason but my body wieght is staying fairly constant so the lean mucsle must be increasing. I want 215-225 for a body wieght.

I have been doing 100 mg of tren every day. Sus is my test of choice
 
ride the 250mg out bro--more isn't always better(i think tho in ur case, it may be) but theres always latter cycles to increase the test

OH MY!!! Big Props To You! Someone actually posted realistic gains and has photos to back it up. Great job on the gains by the way. You were essentially running a fina only cycle, in my book, and those are great gains.

I am so tired about everyone claiming they put on 30lbs. of muscle from 2 shots of sust/week.
 
I like the test mostly for the effects on my drive

This is actually about my fifth cycle over the years and I started on tren only. 100mg ED then added a sus250 every 4th day. I am going to bump up my tren and sus intake for a month or so then come off. I really wanna squeeze another 10 pounds out of this. I am happy with my results but I am actually a bit smaller( more muscular) I know I look better but...That tren just fires up my metabolism or something, but I sheddded BF like I have NEVER before. I love the test mostly for the Psychological effects. Plus when I started on the tren only, I could really tell I needed some test in a big way. Plus my wife loves me on test.:p. SO to continue my run I figure I will up the tren to 150 ed and the two sus every 4 days. Any thoughts? It will be a 12 week cycle.
