Time on=Time off for cycles. I would personally extend that period myself though...I find the longer I'm off cycle, the better I seem to react to the gear, just my opinion. I think your gains were good for the cycle you were running, your gains are typical from what I've gotten from Tren, really lean gains and you don't blow up like a balloon. If you do tren in your next cycle....try eating alot more of everything, keep it clean, but make sure you get your protein in and watch what happens...I know for myself I've bulked with tren and eaten complete JUNK....burgers, pizza and tons of steak. My body fat actually went down. Lots of people I know cannot out eat that effect. Personally though...I would lay off the tren for your next cycle. Again, from personal experience, I find if I switch compounds a little from cycle to cycle, I get very good results. Try Test and winny for your next one. Example
