my propionate enanthate combination

hey everyone.
i am not gonna give much details because for my questions u dont need to know details.

here is my coming cycle (a week)

week 1-4 propionate 50 mg everyday
week 1-4 enanthate 250 mg twice a week

week 4-9 enanthate 250 mg twice a week
week 9-12/15 enantahte 350 mg twice a week

then PCT - post cycle therapy - with tamoxifen tribulus and HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - . salbutamol . i might also use DHEA

my question is when should i start using rapid strength gain methods in this cycle??? (such as 3-2-1/3-2-1 wave)
my squatting strength is the most important. second comes the upper body mass.
i know that if iwait about 4 weeks huge gains will come but how do you think it will happen with propionate???

not heard of this rapid strength gains method but im on su-st, e-q, db-ol and am seeing very good strength gains at only week 2.
 
no no i mean the type of workouts.

like working over 90 percent to get stronger fastest. not the drugs. strength training ..

but if i directly start this type of workout my testo levels will be still low. but i think that if i start this type of workout after 3rd or 4th ? week, i can get much more benefit. this is true for enanthate but what about priopinate ?? can i start in the 2nd week?? i dont want to waste my time waiting

i know taht i cannot use 3/2/1 wave very often because it is hard on cns and it shouldnt be used very often. so if i use in the 1st week, i will get less benefit.

i knew u meant a routine i was just being a smartass about the dbol.

bro your test levels wont be low for long. u will be feeling that prop in a day or 2 tops. u could start this type of workout almost immediately.

just wanted to say that your physique is one of the greatest and most aesthetic physiques i have ever seen. i also want to congrulate you for your hard work.

also i have few more questions. i would really like to get your opinion

1- is it ok to also end this cycle with testosterone propionate to improve recovery time or 350 enat is fine with proper PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - ?? (see my first post) or maybe a little bit winny??

2- i know that as long as you arent losing strength you arent losing muscle. so i stopped taking my creatine and by the time i start cycle my creatine levels will be low and diminish in short time. i am planning to start it again in PCT - post cycle therapy - so even if i lose strength , i might bring it back with creatine load. i will also use beta alanine( hard to access for me) if i can.

3- what can i expect with this cycle (i mean realistically)?? about 30% strength gains?? i have excellent diet and recovery plans. my training sessions are also very scientifically planned. (i increase weights every single workout.)
my biggest goal is to get my 2x/bw ma xsquat to 2.7 bw . this way my vert can improve to 97-100 cm from 85.5 cm (right now).
is this gain realistic??

(see my first post) or maybe a little bit winny?? do u mean natural test recovery or recovery in the gym? if it is the 1st case then u could drop the test/e the last 3 or 4 weeks and replace with test/p and start your pct sooner. the winny won't help with this but is a good oral in general to finish off a cycle with but i would add it just bc. it should be all part of your plan leading to an end result

is this gain realistic?? this really all depends on your intensity in the gym and mainly diet. u should expect decent strength and muscle gains. i have never really sat down and figured out how much my strength went up percent wise or my lean muscle mass.

i finished 6 or 7 shots of enanthate i finished more than 1.5 bottle prop.

i have gone up 5 kg but i dont see any strength gains yet?????

with this type of diet and training i am having right now, i can have these gains naturally too so i havent seen any strength gains yet.

i read that even prop doesnt kick in until week 5 for unlucky guys. i am almost out of prop. i have about 300-400 ml left.

i remember a pro telling me that he was having the same things like me in his first cycle. he thought that the gear was fake or not enough. suddenly at the end of week 3, i blew up he says.

now i am very young and probably have the highest testo levels of my life. so i can understand feeling the ffects late but last 3 weeks made me nuts.

So u r almost to week 4 of your cycle?

Man that prop should of kicked in weeks ago. I think u r confusing the test/e with test/p when u say the prop doesnt kick in until week 5. prop is a short ester. By week 4 you should of reached peak test levels with the test/e.

BTW 5kg ~ 11lbs which isnt bad so far (there is probably a fair amount of water in that number).

Assuming your gear is legit then there are two main possibilities (or a combination of the two) that are lacking.

1) Your training
2) Your diet

This isn't the proper forum to discuss either so post up your training routine in the Weight Training & Weight Lifting forum and your diet (meal by meal with times of meals, serving sizes, calories, carbs/protein/fat, etc) in the Diet forum.

Out of curiousity r u running an AI throughout your cycle?

no i am not confusing. i meant that i even read about a guy who's prop kicked in at week 5. i also sometimes read about the guys whose enan kicks in at week 6-7.

my training and diet is perfectly planned. you are probably not gonna believe but it is. every single thing is timed and scientific.
i used to need 4500 kcal to grow approx.. naturally. now 5000-5200 makes me grow.(i eat very clean and mostly according to Dr.Berardi's system. my body responds to it really well.)

so they are definitely not from that.

yes i use adex 0.5 mg EOD. this drug made me lose all my libido and i got my first hard-on at day 19!!!!!! now it is almost back to normal.

the gear is 100% legit i am very sure. i also did all my enan shots to ventro-gluteal so it can start working faster.

i read short time ago that some people dont respond well to specific ester because their body already has high levels of it. you get best results when u use test ester that your body is deficient in. this didnt make sense to me because test is test.

i still believe i will see results in 1-2 weeks. right now i only had one terrific workout in all 3 weeks of my intensification phase. i had great pumps great weight increase(day 15) and i thought it kicked in. but no it didnt. it was just a good day.

Reading your posts is frustrating as well. Too much needless scientific references and made up terms imo. Just do your cycle and train hard and you will grow. Over analyzing shit will get you nowhere fast.

they aren't needless. also i am not writing them for show-off my knowledge if you mean that. i dont need to show it to anybody. i only want opinions about my cycle.
if these are over analyzing to you, i dont have anything to say. these are just simple things for me. they have become a habit.

so next time please dont post something like this.
