My pre-First Cycle Log

Hello All,
Starting this log before I buy anything, was planning to buy from domestic supply. I am building a training log in notes.
I’ve never done a cycle before and to be honest Ive only met a handful of people who have, so I am less knowledgeable, but I am learning.
My Primary goal is to cut to a physique I like, and then Transfer more towards a lean gain later on.
I’ve been working out for the past 4 years, however with Injury and personal issues ive fallen out of shape.
My goal is to lean down to 150 or slightly under as I currently sit at 171lbs, 5’7, 23yrs old.
For the past weeks ive been working w a calorie level around 1,800 matching bodyweight w protein at around 161g p, 121g carbs, 34g fat. Train 6 days a week w alternate types of cardio from running to swimming added to lifting I sometimes struggle with getting a good 6-8 hours of sleep a night due too work and school

I am in college, so I do my fair share of drinking, smoking. The only supplement ive used has been whey Protein,

I am open to all suggestions and will be back with the eating and training log. Please keep in mind my training log will start slower as I dont want to injure myself getting back into it.

can you start by sharing a pic of you face blurred? we gots to see your base bro

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

i went to college too. did not drink or smoke. i went there to get an education and better myself. the best thing you can do is separate yourself from bad influences.

Steroids are for building muscle. That is what your your goal should be for especially a first cycle. You don't need steroids to cut a bit of fat and they do not burn fat.
Honestly at your age I would wait a few years to take any gear. You need to build a solid base or your just gonna be renting muscle. Your body/brain have not finished developing yet.
As @the_alcatraz said, get a log going with diet, training and some pics and we can help you reach your goals without drugs.

Domestic Supply is a great source. But why do you have to drink and not have a good Lifestyle? The whole point of using steroids is to better ourselves

Domestic Supply is an excellent brand. However, I do not think you're ready for steroids to be honest. You need to clean up your lifestyle and you need to get a little older.
