My post cycle recovery method

*100mg clomid first week
50mg clomid second week and that's it. No high doses for me.

*1.25 or 2.5mg femera eod for up to 6 weeks post cycle

*20 grams glutamine ed - 25 grams on weight training days

*10 grams of creatine(Cell Tech) post training

*Eating will be normal still. In mass building(maintaining) phase

*Big protein and carb shake post training. Except on Saturday. No protein shakes though throughout the day other than post training. Can't really stomach it for one and two, won't be needing too much excess protein. I can get enough from whole foods especially since I am not on steroids and my body won't be able to assimilate the extra protein as sufficiently.

Training program:

Mon.-Wed.-Fri.-Sat. split:

Monday - back, biceps, and forearms

Wednesday - legs and **cardio

Friday - chest, triceps, and delts

Saturday - **cardio


**cardio is moderate and non-impact and not for more than 20 minutes except on saturday when I will do it for 30 minutes.

I will also back off on how many sets I did for each bodypart while on but not back off on intensity though.

I know I could add more things to this but for now this is what the plan seems to be. We'll see how things go.

Glad to see this post bro. I saw earlier a lot of guys posting that clomid never worked for them and that they used nolvadex with hcg for post cycle recovery. I'm not saying this won't work, I've never tried it, but I found it odd that they were downing clomid. Most every cycle I end with Clomid a week after my last shot. 100mg daily for the first week and 50mg daily for three more. Nothing fancy, but I keep everything except the water. I'm gonna try a new mega-recovery in six months or so when I com off a multi-month 1000mg+ test cycle. Its under Got Cash=Keep Gains. Check it out and let me know if you get a chance bro. Out.
 
Nice going Mike, you should handle just fine, you've covered every angle and you've been preparing for this. You sure you don't want to bridge with me...lOL:p >...no bro your doing a good thing...I admire that. Let your body recover and hit it hard again later. Good Luck man.
 
aka - Yeah man nothing fancy here either. Just basic as I have always done in the past. I will check that thread out btw.

Solid - No bridging drugs for me. I thought about doing d-bol and even insulin at one point but I feel it's just not for me. I want my body to full recover and I'm not afraid to step a step backwards if it will help me leap forward. ;)

panerai - Bascially because that's all that I really need. Last year when I went off that's all I did and I recovered sufficiently. Was also taking it with 1/4mg arimdex eod and everthing worked out perfectly. Maintained everything. I never really go high on the doseages anyway when I cycle so my body can adapt easier when I come off.

As well I am going to give SG's beloved plant a try and see how that works for me. I am going to see how I am first post cycle then compare it's effects when I take it a little bit later and see if I notice a big improvement.

I will also eat a big red meat meal at least once a day and have salmon twice a week. Breakfast I will always have my oatmeal with whatever else I am eating. Green tea in the morning always as well. I will of course also continue to take my extra vitamins and minerals. These are some things I must stay religious with.
 
how long do you plan to do that new 3 day split
when r u starting it at the time of post cycle and when r you ending it PT

Thats what I've been preaching for a while. No need (except in some cases) for hardcore clomid dosage. Anti-E even at low dosage just like you posted or using arimidex at .25 mg ED is a must. As for L-Glutamine I still think it's not something necessary but anyway :)

I prefer to take creatine 10 g before training and 5 g after. No matter if I'm on or off.

I agree. That is a pretty short time considering the length of your previous cycle. Hope it works out bro.
