*100mg clomid first week
50mg clomid second week and that's it. No high doses for me.
*1.25 or 2.5mg femera eod for up to 6 weeks post cycle
*20 grams glutamine ed - 25 grams on weight training days
*10 grams of creatine(Cell Tech) post training
*Eating will be normal still. In mass building(maintaining) phase
*Big protein and carb shake post training. Except on Saturday. No protein shakes though throughout the day other than post training. Can't really stomach it for one and two, won't be needing too much excess protein. I can get enough from whole foods especially since I am not on steroids and my body won't be able to assimilate the extra protein as sufficiently.
Training program:
Mon.-Wed.-Fri.-Sat. split:
Monday - back, biceps, and forearms
Wednesday - legs and **cardio
Friday - chest, triceps, and delts
Saturday - **cardio
**cardio is moderate and non-impact and not for more than 20 minutes except on saturday when I will do it for 30 minutes.
I will also back off on how many sets I did for each bodypart while on but not back off on intensity though.
I know I could add more things to this but for now this is what the plan seems to be. We'll see how things go.
