Hey Georgie24, I've got some pondimin on the way. How are you taking it? I was planning on taking a tab at night to make it easier to sleep since I won't be awake because of cravings. Should I take one in the morning also? Keep us posted on how it is working for you. - cbeaks

this stuff blows away eca phentermine in terms of appetite supression, i use 40 mg about every two days cause its so strong.. i love it i have to work my ass off to eat 2000 calories a day LOL THE BEST THING ABOUT IT THAT YOU CAN TAKE IT ANYTIME it also mellows me out too, relaxes me i dunno if that comes from the pon but so far im loving every minute of dieting

That is some of the best news I have heard in a while. If I remember correctly they are 20mg/tab right? This will come in very handy for the last 4 weeks of my contest prep. - cbeaks
